What is a Virtual Run/Walk?
In a virtual run, you can run/walk outside or from the comfort of your own treadmill. You are invited to use the free ItsYourRace app to track your run, or you can use any GPS watch or smartphone app (FitBit, MapMyRun, Runkeer, Strava, etc.) then report your time online. By registering, we assume you will complete the 5K distance (3.1 miles) or the 15K distance (9.3 miles) at one time/in one go.

$26: 5K or 15K Runners
T-Shirts & Bibs
T-Shirts will be available for participants registering before September 1st. Registration packs with t-shirts and bibs will be given out September 17th before the in-person race at 330 Birch Street Gainesboro, TN 38562 (the same start locaton of years past). If you haven't already signed up for your t-shirt, please do so on our website here before September 1st.
How to Run
When to Run
Run yor race whenever you want from September 1 - September 17, 2022! All finishers will then upload their result to the Virtual Submission Platform.
Your Course
Participants will be able to complete the 5K run or 15K run wherever they want! You can choose to run or jog in your neighborhood or at a park. If you want to get creative, you could even hike, walk your dog, or use your treadmill to complete the 5K (3.1 miles) or 15K (9.3 miles).
